We are not responsible for any carrier damages cold, weather or heat always check how your are is doing before shopping. We package your orders with so much love and carefully as possible to be delivered to you. In any case of problems with your order ASAP email us we will like to help you. Another tip always when you received your order take an unboxing video so there is evidence for Claims. No refund or replacement will be issued once the plants leave from our hands.
